How does 503Radar detect Microsoft 365 outages?
We monitor public outage chatter across forums, social platforms and developer communities, first-party "seeing this too" reports from visitors. Microsoft 365 publishes no feed we can read automatically, so its status page (status.cloud.microsoft) is linked for you rather than parsed. A statistical anomaly across two or more independent evidence classes becomes a Signal; an official acknowledgement upgrades it to Confirmed.
